Delivery & Pickup

We deliver products ordered on the printphotos.co.nz website to New Zealand addresses only and do not make deliveries to Private Bags or P O Box addresses. Please notify us immediately of any change to your delivery address.

Delivery time frame

We aim to have your order- product(s) with you within 7 Days from receipt of your printphotos.co.nz order. Orders to main centres usually arrive within 2-5 days.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to comply with that time frame, it is a guideline only and we accept no liability should it take longer than 7 Days for you to receive your order - product(s).

We can deliver product(s) either to the billing address associated with your payment card or to an alternative address as specified in the delivery instructions you provide when you place your order.

Delivery will be made by courier. The cost of delivery is additional to the cost of your product(s) and will be automatically added to your order at the payment stage. The cost of delivery starts from $6.99 upwards depends on you shipping location. 

Delivery of your product(s) shall be deemed to occur at the time your order is dispatched to you from us. All risk of loss or damage in relation to your product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery.
